The vision
Sarah Parker is a licensed public adjuster and the owner of a public adjusting firm. She has served on the board of NAPIA, the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters, and teaches continuing education for adjusters and attorneys across the country.
The courses and resources curated for Claim Cohort cover not only claims topics like deadlines, or terminology, but also the parts of claims practice that formal CE doesn’t always touch: critical thinking skills, understanding how the industry as a whole works and functions, and the business behind a practice. She has taught CE and/or spoken for FAPIA, PAGPS, MAPIA, NAPIA, GAF and the WINDSTORM conference, and has been a guest on Listen to This Bull, The Claim Brief, United Policyholders and the Claims Game Podcast, as well as published in the Consumer Claims Journal.
She is the creator of Claim Cohort and of theclaim.directory, and the founder of Kuva Media, the studio for branding, web and design in the claims industry, which built this site, crafted the learning experience, and content design.
